His distinguished career spans marquee names in the hospitality and retail sector, including Essel Group, Runwal, Phoenix Marketcity, R City Mall, Cinemax India, Global Group and Miraj Entertainment, where he has served in senior executive roles such as CEO, Centre Director, CXO, Vice President, and General Manager.

Throughout his career, Silas has successfully led large-scale operations across multiplexes, malls, BTS projects and hotels—overseeing project launches, driving SOP implementation, streamlining processes, and delivering cost optimization strategies. His focus on operational excellence, team training, and sustainable systems has resulted in improved efficiencies and long-term growth for every organisation he’s touched.

Now, as the Founder of Pipemasters—launched as a trader for Pune and its surrounding cities with Miraj Pipes & Fittings—he brings his extensive experience into the construction and infrastructure sector. With a strong customer-first mindset and a proven track record of building scalable, quality-focused operations, Silas is committed to delivering excellence in the PVC pipes and fittings space, with a focus on quality assurance, timely delivery, and lasting client relationships.
